Employees are made up of longer serving employees with the benefit of knowledge and experience. This is complemented with new employees recruited during increased growth over recent years, who bring new ideas and experience.

Above and Beyond

PMES’s Above and Beyond Scheme is to enable the Company to recognise employees for above and beyond behaviour, effort or achievement. 

Employee(s) concerned will have done something that is clearly above and beyond normal expectations. It may not be a one-off event or effort, it may equally be recognition for a period of sustained application.

Recognition comes in the form of a Red Letter day, with the employee free to choose from dozens of different activities. 


Socialising/Healthy Living

Not only is Health and Safety taken seriously at work, many Ultra-PMES employees continue this healthy lifestyle outside of work, both nationally and locally. A team of 15 employees undertook the Prince’s Trust bike ride – a 43 mile excursion from Kenilworth to Warwick.

More extreme examples include a team in the “Notorious 10k Night Run” through Sherwood Forest and two teams completed the Trial Plus Triathlon (Mountain Biking, Trail Running and Kayaking) on Cannock Chase.
